A Little About Coach Scott |
 |
I started playing soccer in the late 70's. What is really neat is that I played in our Region, in-which I now am a Coach. To be a part of this Region for the past 8 years has been a great experience for me. I am starting my 9th year as an AYSO Coach. Alexis and I started together in GU6, with my God-Daughter, Megan, back in 1999. Since then, Megan has chosen not to play, but Alexis and I have done Spring, Fall, All-Stars (Twice) and Tournament (Twice).
I have learned the sport of Soccer from a different view point. I try to coach in ways my coaches didn't! I want |
|
to be a coach that has respect from his players, so I try to relate to my team on the level they will respect.
Fun is
learning and learning is fun, if you make it that
way. Letting the players know that they are all very
important to our team, and that they can make their
parents proud, just by doing there best, is great a
coaching philosophy, I think.
I am on the Board of Directors, and have been for 5 years now. |
