Keeper to Keeper

We practice keeper to keeper drop kicks. It's all ways good to have your keepers work together at practice. It will help them share techniques.  Start close together and work your way father apart.

Keep-a-way

We play 4-on-1 keep-a-way. It's so much fun. It's so challenging and we get such a work out. It builds passing skills and defensive skills in one drill.

I've got your back

It is always good to practice backing up your teammates. A defender backing up a goal keeper is shown here, but all positions should have a back up plan.

Self-Scrimmage

While doing so, you will find where your team needs work. In play, you see we are "squared off". Keep - a-way helped us with this "in game" positioning.
