Welcome to AYSO
Region 46 Spring Season. As most know, it is a short season and
non-competitive, but still requires the need of volunteers. We have a
Coach and a Team Mom, but we need “Sideline Referees”.
We need two
parents to volunteer for this. They can alternate week to week.
A sideline
referee mainly calls who the ball went out on, and off-sides.
Easy guidelines

Off sides
– (When a forward “with-out” the ball is closer to the opposing goal
than the defender who is defending the opposing goal.)

Ball Out
– (The last person to touch the ball before it goes out of bounds gives
the throw-in to the other team)

No off
sides during a throw in.

doing it for the kids …..
If you are able
to do this, please let the coach or team mom know a.s.a.p.
The game on
March 1st will need strong parent support due to the coach
being out of town on business. One parent is needed to tell the players
their positions during quarter break. (a game roster will be provided)
